I was given a time that my vehicle would be ready for pick up and it was ready much sooner! Very happy with that.
The reason I am completely satisfied is the Service minded attitude of Ivy. My experience with Crosley Ford has been less than the best. But my experience with Crosley Ford is been less than the best. But Ivy brings a whole new value to the dealership in the way she deals with people.

I made an appt 4 days ahead online for an electrical issue. I received a confirmation text about that appt the day before. The service center didnt had my appt and promised to try to squeeze me in. No one called to give me any update or to tell me it wouldn't get fixed. I had to try calling 4 times that evening just to see if I could retrieve my truck. Truck is not fixed.
Had a 10:30 appointment and was out of there by 11. Great job.
The cost of getting a new Farb and key came up to 350 bucks roughly a little pricey!!

Between the service dept and the body dept there was no communication and the customer got no service. Ill probably take my car somewhere else to get it fixed. What a mess.
I ordered tires, they ordered them wrong. Did not do my Alignment, until after I mentioned it. So what else was not done on my vehicle.
