Pricing issues on the tires I received and the hour service turned into almost 2 hours
Ivy was extremely helpful on the phone and in person. She provided excellent customer service. I was pleased with being able to get in and out quickly for services and impressed that the air filters were delivered and installed on the same day for my Infinity. It was a great first time visit. It took over a week to replace a sensor and when I try to express my displeasure with the amount of time it was taking and that they had not even tracked the part that was two days later than when it was do he hung up on me. I have purchased many cars and trucks from you all.
I now wonder if that was a start decision

Ivy did a great job of taking care of my recent service. She was very energetic, polite and professional. Great employee!
Came into get car and when it arrived low tire light was on but no one took care of it. I also would like to say that I recently moved from Colorado and was given the option to replace my rims but moved before they came in. Your geoup wouldnt honor the rim replacement even though it is a recall. Wont buy or go back to your store.
