He was very courteous and friendly. At the end he didn't just take my payment And had me my keys, he went above and beyond by educating me on the service received and about the status of my car in general. That's the first time I'd say I've had a ????% above excellent experience at Gary crossley Ford.

I had an appointment on Saturday for my vehicle, and yet my vehicle was not pulled in and looked at until Tuesday. I had to fight to get a loaner vehicle when the issues I was having were fully covered under warranty. There was a lack of communication in regards to the progress made with my vehicle. I had to call to get updates, and when I did call no one in the service department answered - I had to contact the operator each time and request to speak with someone in service. I responded to the text line with questions multiple time and have still yet to get a text response back. I am usually very satisfied with the service I receive here, but this time the service was less than adequate.

Rear tail brake light was not fixed as there appeared to not be a problem with bulb according to fellow working in my brakes. Still getting indicator of brake light bulb fault from car from time to time Since repair.
