I was very satisfied with the service provided by Tyler. I will say however that I called this afternoon about 2 o’clock to inquire about the car and spoke with another representative. He was not very helpful in letting me know when the car might be looked at. He suggested that since we had just brought it in this morning but they’re already making appointments into next week and in fact it may not be looked at for several days. That was completely contrary to what Tyler had told us that morning. We subsequently checked back with Tyler and he said no the car was in being looked at and in fact let us know within about an hour that the car was ready to be picked up

I am very pleased with the job that Gary Krosley did the way they handled the whole situation The way they treated me took your my car and assured me that my car would be taken care of and fixed to the standards at Ford headset out when they first sold or vehicles. I would like to think Gary Krosley in the Ford Motor Company for taking care in honoring the recalls assuring me that they would make my car safe for me and my family to Riordan and enjoy the luxury of them in a ford motor products

First, Mark Malloy has done an excellent job keeping me updated with the progress of the work I had done. My vehicle has been there for 3 1/2 weeks. I am aware it had seriuos repairs, but while there my antenna was taken off accidentally, which added to the length of time it was there. When I picked up the vehicle the main issue that I brought it in for was still occuring after purchasing a new battery that was supposed to fix the surging. I had to return the vehicle 10 minutes after I picked it up.
