They had my truck for 2 weeks couldnt fix my rear camera. They said they couldn't get it to stop working . This is my fifth or sixth time taking it up their . I had it 2 hours and it stopped working! Took it up there and gave it to them again for a week. They tried to have me pay the $100 deductible again after misdiagnosing it time after time. Got it back working for 2 days. Now it's not working again. Will have to bring it back for a seventh time. They have also had my wife's car for 2 months! Now all of a sudden it has a dead battery! Well maybe because it has sat for 2 months! This is ridiculous. We will not be purchasing anymore vehicles from your dealership! And I have purchased the 3 vehicles I have now from you guys. Why purchase an extended warranty or even a car or truck from you guys when your service department is slow as heck and your " Service Tech Pro" cant figure problems out? I'm done with you. I will be reporting you to Corporate when I get their number from my Plant Quality Guy. And yes I do work in the Claycomo Plant. Your dealership makes our Ford name look bad. C.J. Barajas

You didn't have enough help at the Quick Lane front desk. I waited in line for 10 minutes or longer,before someone said, may I help you. You have four stations to greet your customers, but only two of them were being used. I arrived a few minutes before my 10:45 appointment time. I didn't get waited on until almost 11:00am. I know you can do better, as I have been there several times and haven't had this problem. As I was waiting in line, the gentleman in front of me said, this place needs more help. I agree.

As always, Valorie thought ahead, got ready for the service visit and had me in and out exactly as promised. Valorie used her experience and knowledge, especially about me, to take care of an unplanned issue with a broken spring and still get the job done on time.
