Ivy, was a great person to work with. My last service I didn't realize that the service person that took care of me didn't sign me for the advantage club. It wasn't until I got into my My Ford app and got another invite from Ford. Ivy made sure that I was taken care of and added my last visit to my account. That's why I like dealing with Gary Crossley, is people like Ivy and others. Great job
I'm very dissatisfied with the condition our truck was left after the repair. After picking up & had to return to show David what had been done to our dash & since further inspection - I noticed more damage had been done to some trim pieces. David Demint had told me that he would get back with us on getting the dash replaced after he had a chance to speak with the Service Mgr. We have yet to hear anything back. VERY DISSATISFIED & PISSED OFF, after being told it would be returned in the condition I had left prior to the repair. Also, being told prior to the work we have the best mechanic to do the job. VERY CONCERNED Customer for spending over $1200.00 for a repair.

The service was good but I had the first appt of the day, an oil change and tire rotation, and it wasn’t ready for an hour and 20 minutes. I planned for an hour at most since and was late picking up my son. Some communication would have been nice.
I was kept up to date about my car. The team let me know further needs my car needed and contacted the warranty company for me to see if they covered what was wrong. They took my anxiety away for sure when this was happening.
Fast and complete. Everything was explained and the job was done in a timely manner!

I love it that I was out the door in 30 minutes. I did observe however that all of the service crew seem to work like a fine tuned machine. Also, They even seemed happy all the time I was there.
