My tech was excellent. He didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and explained everything that was done as needed to my vehicle. It was a great experience and done promptly. I will be back in the future!
It was not fixed the first time. The person I spoke with the originally said it needed the module replaced. But when I brought it in, instead they did some reprogramming which did fix the problem. I brought it back but they did not order module until late in day. I brought it in on Tuesday, but didn't get finished until late in day on Thursday. I did appreciate having a loaner though.
Because the service department will not call u to update u about your car
My car was there for about 2 weeks I had it towed up there because my car was over heating. And before I received my car they called and told me that now my window won't roll up and they can fix it for the $100 deductible after I was already paying over $400 to get it fixed. But when my car was brought up there I had no issues with my window. And now after spending $400 to get it fixed now I have to spend another $100 for an issue I didn't have before
Matt went above and beyond to help me. Would highly recommend him as a service advisor anytime.
