We’ve had the truck back one day so it may be too soon to know if everything is going to be ok this time. This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months we’ve had the truck in for the same problem. That part has been frustrating. The staff at Gary Crowley are always very polite and eager to please... it’s just been a hassle and my husband has missed a lot of work trying to get the truck checked in and out for service. We sure hope this last repair takes care of everything. Thanks

Only concern is that there were several days around the Holiday that I did not get an update on my vehicle repairs, but when I called the manager let Dave know and he got back with me right away. The service team was able to get the finances worked out with the warranty company, so that I was only out $50 for the deductible. Staff was friendly and my car seems to be running better than it was prior to the transmission issues. Overall I was pretty satisfied. Thanks!

I appreciate what you guys do! However, when you bring your diesel vehicle in for service, I think topping off the DEF should be included in the price. After making a call to your shop, I drove 20 miles back to your dealership yesterday, only to find out that the DEF is not included in a simple oil change. I would think it would be included in the “shop charges” fee.
Her co-worker was showing her his smart phone screen and she did not see the technician hang my keys on the "done" board. Another service writer saw my keys and completed my payment paperwork.
Service was good no problem at all.
