This is the first time that I had to used the service center. I had an appointment at 815am. I was told it would take 1 hour for my repair. I had to call 3 hours later only to be told it was just then being worked on. I was not able to pick up my car until 230 that afternoon. There was no explaination as to why it took 6 hours to do a 1 hour repair and no one even cared to appologise.

Ivy was prompt and eager to help. She was polite and friendly and helped my experience be a pleasant one. She also was very knowledgeable. I was about to leave town and using my tow vehicle she helped me to feel assured that all the bases were covered before leaving town so I could feel confident that my vehicle was roadworthy.
