Just had my Escape inspected for it's license renewal. It passed inspection but there are 3 maintenance issues that were brought to my attention. Since 2 of them are not in my budget right now, I will have to wait but I'm glad to know of them.

You guys have my car for a WEEK. They called me Thursday and said it would be done Thursday evening or Friday. It is now TUESDAY. I called Saturday to see the status. He said I’ll call you back shortly. Monday evening he called. My car is done. I asked a question and he told me he didn’t know the answer he would call me back and haven’t heard from him since. This is AWFUL. I will NEVER come back to this hell hole. And I am NOT paying for my rental car because it’s YOUR fault I still have one. Very very poor customer service.

I would say that when I got back in my truck, where they had to pull up the carpet, the plastic floor pieces between the door and inside weren’t completely put back in place. I had to snap the borders back down. Other than that, no issues.
