I have been to multiple dealerships for my 2015 Explorer. Let me be the first to say that Crossley Ford has my returning service. Not only mine but will recommend others to them. Fro mr he start John was up front and honest. Said it would take a day or two. Then Brian called me and said he’d find a part in tone if he could. Not only did he but the car was done that day. I picked it up the following day Bc I wasn’t close enough before they closed. I come to pick it up to pay and there was an issue (in my favor) on the invoice. I waited until it was fixed to pay the correct amount due for expectioanl and fast service. Everyone was nice, professional and incredible. Again, I will be back.
They were booked when I called because the check engine light had come on in my husband's car. We dropped the car off Thursday evening. They called Friday morning and let me know they had been able to work us in, found the issue and fixed it.
I had to come back to get the lugnut socket for my wheels after I left

Vehicle not ready when promised. Staff very rude when confronted about promises, asking customer to leave. This is why we do business with other ford dealers. Gary crossley Ford is very offensive to customers.

Service was good. Ford dealership committed fraud when the sold me a faulty vehicle. With full and complete knowledge of a clutch/transmission defect. Will never by a ford vehicle again.
