I just happened to see the tech filling my truck with regular oil, after I had specified full synthetic. Had I not seen it, I would’ve paid for full synthetic, yet received the blended. Seriously doubting whether I’ll return with either of my vehicles to Crossley for maintenance again-

When I went to pick it up the check engine light was on when it wasn’t when I brought it in. Transmission still not working properly.
There was miscommunication between quick lane and service. I ended up getting done what I needed done but it was a but stressful. The quick lane side seemed more accommodating and friendly than the service side but that'should just my opinion based on my most recent experience. To be honest I am quite happy that I won't have to be going back to the dealership until my next oil change in February
