I thought part of the service was all fluids being topped off?? My washer fluid was not filled??? I hope everything else was topped off??? Not very satisfied....

They had my car way longer than what they were supposed to ( although I did have a loaner car ) and they did not check with me before fixing a minor glove box issue that I’m sure only took five minutes and they wanted to charge me $70 for. On the plus side they did the duduct that charge down to $40 but I still probably would have left it alone had I known I was going to be charged for it.

I dropped my car off at 655am and diagnostic testing wasn’t complete and my car had to be left overnight. No one called to tell me this. I called at 5pm to find this out. Not impressed

I paid $120 for you to tell me I had a transmission problem and that your not sure what the fix is. Really I told you when I brought it in that I had a transmission problem. Do you took my $120 to tell me what I told you.
