My wife was charged 40$ because one tire was out of balance on our car with full warranty while getting an oil change when a tire shop charges 6$ for a rebalance so with this being said your company takes advantage of women who don’t know better and I’ll definitely make sure all of our further business is not with your company because Gary crossley is definitely not about family and loyalty

I got there early they got to my truck I got my oil changed in a reasonable manner.
Matthew DonDlson did not listen when I told hom about the tire pressure requirements on my E350. He treated me in a very condescending manner. The van has to come back to get the tire pressure adjusted as it was not done correctly.
He do a good job of keeping me informed on what was being done and what they needed to do
Everything went great, from David to even when we picked it up. For bringing the Explorer in at noon and having it done by 5:00 was fantastic!! Thank you so much.
