So I called on Wednesday October 31st to set up an appointment to get my car looked at. Dave told me to bring it in at any time on Friday the 2nd. I received at text message at 3:00pm saying my car was in good hands, I called 30 minutes later to find out what was wrong and no one could find my car, once my car was found they informed me no one had looked at it. Fast forward to Saturday at 11am, 24 hours after the car was dropped off and still nothing had been done. Chris, who was the most helpful person in the building was able to figure out that my car we not safe to drive. After all the loop holes he was finally able to provide me with a rental car ( that didn’t exist) and said my car would be done around lunch time on Monday, it was not completed till Tuesday the 6th 2:07pm. I was very upset with the service. Fixing the recalls on my car and Chris were the only saving graces with this location.

Everything was done quickly and as promised.

My wife and I have purchased four vehicles from Gary Crossley Ford. We made each purchase because of the great job done by Todd Gentry. Now my plan is to solely use Gary Crossley Ford for all the service and maintenance needed on our Ford vehicles.
