You guys had my truck for over a month, due to truck operating worse than when I brought it in. I brought it in for a coolant leak, and am receiving it with a worse coolant leak. So it's still not fixed!

I scheduled an appointment about a week ago for 7am. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived at 6:55 as did 7 or 8 others. When the door was unlocked there was mad rush to get checked in. They didn't take the time to ask who was first. At 7:45 I noticed that my truck was still in the lot. I asked how much longer it was going to be. The service writer went to the shop and returned with the news that I was entered as not having an appointment. I scheduled my appointment at 7am so I could be at work for a 9am appointment. Needless to say that I missed the 9am appointment.

I think 3hrs 40 min from arrival until finished for a simple oil/filter / tire rotation for a retired Ford worker is a little too long of a wait.
