Did not wash car after service and upon rotation of tires stated RF tire slightly out of balance. Then charged $40.00 for balance. Kyle was great but not customer friendly service.

The speaker in the driver's door still isn't fixed. It may not show anything wrong on the computer but you can clearly hear that the speaker is BAD!I use my radio all the time and now I can't stand to hear it because of that speaker.

I think your opportunity to achieve my complete satisfaction has past. You might save another customer a bit of aggravation by encouraging your reps to respond to text messages after they've offered that medium of communication. I appreciated the repair updates Mr. Dorsey's sent by text, but he failed to respond to my messages when I tried to arrange for a ride to pick up my vehicle.
