My oil change "appointment" took 2.5 hours. No one told me my car was done. I went outside after being fed up and saw my car outside, completed. No one told me my car was finished being worked on. Not happy at all.

Always happy with the service and people at Gary Crossley. That includes the purchase, the Quick Lane Visits, the service department, and the rental car service while getting a recall completed. I always tell people how great Gary Crossley is after my horrible experiences myself and others have had with other places. (Toyota), but I wont mention in any names ;)

Cassandra was very patient in explaining the tire sale and brake issues with my car! I did not get the gentlemans name when we checked in but... he went above and beyond! Even got us a ride to the South Valley Middle School! We were going to walk and he said no let me get you a shuttle! Very busy there tonight but he was very nice. Great experience today! Thanks to the employees we spoke to.
