Treats people like they don't know anything and could care less we just bought truck 2 weeks earlier. Worst service experience of any service department of Ford, GM, or Dodge I have ever worked with.

Cashier was rude. Speakers aren't fixed but I can still hear a scratchy noise. Everything else was fine. David was extremely helpful.
