Was unable to find the noise from the front passenger wheel well. Would have liked for a service manager to listen with me so I could have them hear what I was.

My only complaint was the communication between myself and the Service department. I wasn't prepared for needing to leave my car for an additional day, and wasn't notified that that was even a possibility until I reached out to service at 3:45 Friday afternoon. I know there were several things that service did to my car which took time, I just wish they had set the expectations at the beginning so I could have been a little more prepared. I had to scramble to get a car and make arrangements as I already had plans to be out of town on Saturday. Saturday I did receive several phone calls to update me on the progress as well as when my car would be ready. And for that I thank you.

Supposed to be a one day service. Was going to make me sit there all day. Said there was no loaner vehicles until I asked for them to see and there was so thankfully I got a loaner because I would have sat there all day for them to tell me at 6pm they aren't done with me vehicle. You kept it for 5 days with zero calls or text through the service (used for updates ????) to tell me what's going on and why I still didn't have my car back. Very irritated! Especially when I used the text to ask what's going on with my car and no replys until I use all caps asking when I'll get my car back.

I was immediately greeted and assisted when walking in. The findings during the assessment were explained to me and the needs were prioritized which was appreciated to minimize costs all at once. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

An appointment was scheduled for service for Thursday. The truck was dropped off at 6:45 am. I checked called at 1:00 pm and was told the truck had not been brought in yet that the shop was short staffed and they were still working on Wednesday's vehicles.

Thought they usually washed and cleaned the car but not this time and now the passenger door doesn't always unlock after latches were replaced.
