I wish your mechanic were not so short. There was NO place to park and I parked about 6 inch into his area. Plenty of room to get a car into the area. I took that into consideration because the car I parked by I was so close that I was concerned about someone getting in and hitting my door. But your guy was rude to me in telling me to move. He didn't care there was no place to park. And to top things off I had an appointment. I'm a faithful customer and have bought my last few cars from Crossley. Thank you for listening.
He was very good at the way he performed. He was on top of everything. He explained what was going on with my car and I felt really special with the way he treated me. Thank you for having such a nice young man who was good at his job
Had to make a return visit because tech did not reconnect door lock on driver's door. This was very inconvenient and a waste of wife's time and gas. $10.00 quick lube coupon would be nice for her time having to come back
