Travis did a wonderful job keeping me informed about my Fusion. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Tyler told me that it would be later this afternoon when they could get to my car and he called about two hrs later said it was done. He also recognized me when I walked in the door after not seeing me in almost a year. I now he didn't fix the car but he very personable. Kudos for Tyler.

My rear break pads need changed but my cars front rotors were resurfaced as car was vibrating and I was not asked before doing it and that was extra charge but more than that my car still vibrates on braking so issue seems not to be completely resolved.
Kyle is always very helpful and very knowledgeable.

What you could do a little better. Is when your vehicle is ready there needs to be a different line instead standing in line for another 20-30 while other people are checking in. It happens!! Happen to me.
