I had an appointment scheduled to get my oil changed and tires rotated at 4. My truck didn't even get pulled into the shop until 4:30, Then they couldn't rotate my tires unless I wanted to wait another 30 minutes, because they still had a different vehicle on the rack that they needed for my truck. You should probably have more than one rack that will accommodate a truck my size. I scheduled an appointment because I'm very busy and don't have the extra time to waste.

It took you 8+ hours to fix a small recall issue and do a state inspection, and you wanted it overnight. I had to have multiple phone calls after 5pm, which I initiated, to figure out what was going on with my car and arrange for payment and pickup. Ridiculous

I received excellent customer service from KYLE .. he made his recommendations on the tire selection from my car.. and the important part of this is that I trusted his judgment and felt he was genuine. He also came under the original bid which I was very thankful for.. I wanted to add that Valerie was excellent as well.. she spent time explaining the value of road hazard . I am very pleased with my experience with Gary Crossley ford.. big company that still delivers personal service to its customers

Kyle was very good sales person went above and beyond to satisfy me!! Need more workers like him. He hustled and very polite guy. People like him makes a person want to come back to get service . I live 1 hour and 45 minutes from CROSSLEY and well worth the drive. Also Todd Crossley is also a super guy always speaks to you and treats you like a friend !! Thx guys!!!!
