I trust those at Crossley to do what is needed on my car and nothing else. All are very courteous, friendly and helpful. I trust them all. I feel anything I bring it for service, will be taken care of and nothing more. Only what is wrong, and anything they feel needs attention they let you know and without pressure, you decide what you want to be done. Great Service!!!!!

I had brought it in for a recall letter which took half a day so I was shuttled home. When it was done and was shuttled back I took the car and brought it right back in worse condition than I started. Check engine light, transmission warning light, and rough shifting. I had to wait another hour and a half to get my car back in and out for an oxygen sensor left unplugged. I am happy that it didn't cost me but it was not in a timely manner.
