I had no appointment...it was on a Saturday...and the dealership had my vehicle repaired in two and a half hours! And that’s with them needing to order a part! What a relief!

I was called by Kyle about a nail n my tire and my air filter was close to needing changes. It was 19.99 for my filter and I was charged 31.00 for labor to change it. The air filter has 2 snap clips that hold the cover on. This was a five minute job and charged 1.5 time of filter to change it. Unacceptable!

Travis always does a great job making sure my needs are met and brings to my attention anything regarding my vehicle that he feels is important, tire wear, burned out lights, etc. He's a great guy to have working on my behalf.

Called in the morning asking if there were any specials on oil changes. Told me yes and that I could get today. Tyler had the oil changed and tires rotated. Great service and friendly service!

I called after my wife had the works dine on her car because the battery had alot of corrosion on it. I figured they would clean it. They told me that they usually don't clean them. They charge for that. So I looked at it myself and found that the positive post was loose and leaking battery acid. Now she is back in getting it replaced under warranty. This should have been taken care of when she had the oil changed last Friday.
