I callled and made an appointment, my truck was up there for 12 days before it was looked at, nobody would call me to give me an update on when they were going to get to it, then it was vandalised and nobody called me to tell me, they did fix the broken window for free. How ever they wanted to charge me triple to fix the horn and triple to fix the transmission, and I told them no and came and picked the truck up, and took it some where else where they fixed it for 3 times cheaper and had it done in 3 days, where as I took it to Gary Crossley where they had it for 12 days before they even looked at it! I’m very upset and dissatisfied.
Lifetime car wash my truck has been up there three times and no car wash thanks for nothing
My appointment was at 1:00 PM to change out my Left Rear tail light. I arrived at 12:40 knowing the techs lunch break is from 12 to 1. Taking into consideration getting ready to work after lunch I should have had my vehicle back at around 12:20. At 12:30 I did not have my vehicle. I found out the tech was still at lunch and did not return until 12:37. I finally got my vehicle back at 12:55! It took 55 min for at 10 min repair. I am apauled by this type of service. Completely unacceptable.

Kyle Cloninger was very professional, friendly, courteous. He explained everything that was going on regarding our car. He treated us with respect, which meant a lot to us.
