Asked for a rotate and balance, tires are not balanced. Called and left a message for your staff to call me back me have yet to hear anything. Needed my vehicle fixed correctly as I work out of my truck.

Excellent drop off experience excellent transportation to my work during repairs. Excellent communication and pick up after completion of repairs and service. Note on one service I wish would come back, the car Worsch after Services are done would be the cherry on top. Thank you Valerie as always

It took 2 visits to fix the problem. The first visit I was called and told what was wrong with my car and tried to tell that person I didn’t think that was the problem. He blew me off and told me what he said was the issue and it was fixed. It wasn’t even slightly changed. That forces me to bring my car back and waste more of my time. This visit, they listened and diagnosed correctly. Right now the problem is gone, but I’m not sure it’ll stay that way. I don’t have any trust yet.

Have to set apt. Just so my car dosnt make it into shop until the afternoon after apt. Then. A part I can buy for 550 dollars you charge me 880 for not happy with crosley service center.
