I had to reschedule twice and the second time they didn't alert the people that work there and they use to wash the vehicles after they service them but they didn't this time but other than that everything went well
Kyle helped me out expertly and explained what was wrong with my vehicle in terms that I understood. Very glad to have worked with him today.

I am thinking David must have been the person I talked to when I first called in. He was terrific - the car would only start when hooked to a battery charger so he said bring it in and they'd fit it in. When I got there, I worked with Brandon to get the forms filled out. He was also really good. I had another question and he answered it right away. Couldn't have gone better!!

I really appreciated that the part that had to be delivered for the repair arrived in a timely manner and that I didn’t have to make another appointment to have the lock problem solved. And i appreciated not having to spend my entire morning there. The person that assisted me was very professional and very helpful.

My experience with this visit was excellent, but when I first called in regards to the recall on my Escape I was told that Ford was not providing a service car, despite the fix requiring the dealership to have it for two days. Being without a vehicle for two days is obviously a challenge for our busy family so I was waiting for a time when myself or my spouse could take a few days off work. Then I hear that friends and coworkers all had the same recall and were given service cars from the dealership that told me no. I’m glad I found out before I wasted any vacation time. All was made right and I’m happy in the end, but I can’t give a completely satisfied vote this time.
