Valorie was great to work with. The service provide while vehicle was at Ford was poor. When called about issues with vehicle was not provided enough information to make a sound decision. I showed up to pick up my vehicle and reviewed paperwork. It didn’t have enough information either. When I questioned it rep said it requires a different machine to get the information. This was not given as an option on the phone or was it done before I showed up. Ford could have done this with no extra cost to Dealership or the customer. For questions call ****-****-xxxx

I will be back not only because I am pleased with the service work well done but also because of the oversight that David gives a customer.
I don't like the change to the rewards program. I thought it would be of benefit for this recent and large expense with the car but it seems useless. I was also informed I can't even apply it to new tires!
Just another gimmick to trick the consumer.

I was very happy with David for keeping me updated on my truck. I was getting a brake job on my pick up and it took three days I thought that was a little long but I understand you were probably busy. All the employees were very polite as usual. I will continue to use Crossly Ford.

As usual, the service I received from Kyle and his staff was above and beyond what most companies provide. I use Quick Lane at Crossley because of this staff
You should come up with a more appropriate name for your "quick" lane. No appointment needed if you are willing to drop your car off for the day or wait there half a day. Staff and actual service was fine.
