I would like to speak to the service manager about a growing concern I have. Every time my wife drops off our vehicle, she gets a lower level of service. In this instance, she dropped off her vehicle at 10:30 am. At 3:30 when I dropped her back off, the vehicle had not moved. After another hour, they finally changed the oil and while rotating the tires, found a gash requiring a new tire. However, since it was after 3 on a Saturday nothing could be done. Now we have to waste more time bringing it back. If they had looked at it earlier in the day, we would have been able to resolve this the same day.
It takes all day to get the oil changed and to get an appointment takes 4 days to get an oil change scheduled. It is very frustrating that service on my vehicles is taking so long. I used to be able to get my oil changed in a couple hours on a walk in. As a manager at the Ford plant, I have heard others complain about the service time at Crossley. Just something you might want to look at to see if you need to do something different at the quick lane.
Other than being told to be there first thing Saturday morning and then my tire not being there and having to come back it was great.
Robert Lavelle was very professional, going out of his way asking me if there was somewhere he could take me if fixing my car would take the 2 hours. He gave me updates on my car letting me know where in the process it was. I knew what the problem was from Robert telling me, and trying to explain that the cables didn't get grounded correctly from the last time I had it in the Service Center.

As always the Service Department at Gary Crossley Ford in the Quick Lane Department is very good. I set up an appointment to have the work done that I needed and got right in at that time. They also did some other warranty work that was needing to be done. I am very happy with Gary Crossley Ford and will continue using them for the work I need done on my 2013 Ford Escape. Dropped my car off on Monday afternoon for a Tuesday morning timeslot. Door latch recall and testing transmission. Was told it would take two days. By 4pm Wednesday, had not been contacted regarding vehicle. So I initiate a call. Had to call twice in order to not have to leave messages. Dave says car JUST was finished and needs clutches. I agree to work. Asked when it would be done. He said hopefully by Friday. Again, no contact. At 545 pm Friday, I initiate call again. Brandon answers, says car JUST finished. Pickup sat. Terrible communication.
I bought my car through Crosley and have always gone to quick lane. Always been satisfied consider you My car guys ????

The two people working behind the counter were swamped and short handed. I waited 20 minutes in line to pick up my car. Only 1 person in front of me. Management should step up and help when your staff is short handed. I felt bad for them.
