Mathew did an excellent job very straight forward and honest about the abilities of the shop and staff. I really did appreciate his honesty. It helped me make my decision to only get my oil changed and not get my tires rotated for fear of having the wheels on my $83,000.00 F350 Platinum DRW. I experienced that in the past at that dealership. I will continue getting oil changes and vehicle purchases from Crossley, just not confident in the dealerships ability to service that size of truck. Folks like Mathew, is why I will continue to go to Crossley.

I’m frustrated with Ford. I have a new car (2017) still under warranty. The battery is leaking fluids causing corrosion. But I need to pay money to have it cleaned and they won’t replace the battery which is causing my car damage. Please tell me how any of this makes sense. Obviously the battery is faulty.
