The staff was awesome. Very pleasant to deal with. The Female Bathroom seat is broken and there were no female items in the station set up in the bathroom. But other then that the visit was very well.

I have been very disappointed of all this that’s going on with my truck and was expecting to be not 100% perfect because I went to service for the radio problem and still giving me problems with it and this problem with the doors that I wasn’expe for this to happened either but it is what it is But after all this I still love my truck

I was highly impressed with how your team kept me up to date on the progress of my car. During what I thought was going to be a typical oil change many abnormalities came to light. The major one being LOTS of corn under the air filter that a mouse had apparently been hoarding away. This had to have been there for quite some time because we threw out the corn that was being kept in my garage months ago. The fact that the dealership I normally go to didn't catch this is very disconcerting. Everyone I spoke with today were extremely professional and kind. I wish I lived closer to your dealership because you would have a new life long customer. Unfortunately I was only in the area for a short period of time while taking care of a family member.

Everytime a car is taken in for the routine maintenance the servicer takes the headlights off automatic, but they never turn it back to auto. Why? Drivers get used to the auto setting and too often do not notice that it is off until it gets dark. Turning the switch back to auto should be the last thing on the checklist.

Bert was the best service agent I have ever worked with at Crossley Ford. Very honest and thorough. He did not try to upsell me on any unneeded services like almost every other service person has done at Crossley. I am glad to see this change and hope it carries over to the entire staff.
