Although I did not have an appointment, I was not anticipating such a long wait. I would also like to see loyalty offer discounts, similar to what I receive from Heartland Chevrolet and Sneed Ford. Otherwise, service received today was good.

Excellent customer service on the phone to set up my appointment. She was very informative and helpful. The service was completed quickly and I was called with exactly what was competed on my car along with recommendations. My service this day was better than any other day I've brought my car in, but I should not have needed to have it towed. Your poor quality of service caused much stress and trouble for me. This us a continued problem when bringing my car to you for service. Last year I had a tired changed, nail in it, I was not offered road hazard, they over in flatbed the time 15 lbs and left it a mess. When I returned to t by e dealership NO ONE was willing to walk out to my car to help or even look at my tire after paying almost $300. All my lugs nuts were loose on the tires on this day last week. I feel this was very irresponsible of your facility. Please let me know how you plan to make this right. Marie **** ****-****-xxxx
