It takes entirely too long to get an oil change, tire rotation anymore. Also stood there waiting to be helped for 15 minutes when I arrived. It feels like the service writers intentionally ignore people. Not enough help available! I will never go back there.
Handled issues quickly and efficiently
Only complaint I have is every time I go to a dealership including yours for service on my truck they drop my tire pressure to 35psi or 40. I have 10 ply tires that are capable of 80 psi cold and I run 55 to 60psi on and every time they drop it.. everything else is fantastic....
Was glad they checked everything and let me know what was urgent and what needed to be done soon but not that day. I was also glad they let me know early enough in the day that I did not have to worry about not getting my truck back that day and worring about how I would get to work not having a vehicle if they kept it over the weekend like I have experienced before.
I was so surprised by the quick service. I was having service on 2 vehicles. I could not get an appointment at the same time for both. So we waited on the first and planned coming back for the second. I could not believe how quick they got the first one done and we did not have to wait that long. The only thing I have to say is that my service was on done on Veteran's Day. I asked if there was Veteran's discount since Ford gives a Veteran's rebate when buying a vehicle not just on Veteran's day even. Not that I think a discount is necessary just since Ford gives a rebate figured maybe even a tiny discount on Veteran's day.
I had a 9am appointment. I was told it would take half a day. My car was not finished until 4 pm

Satisfied with work but the expectation was not set on how long the service would take. I had to UBER back to dealership to pick up loaner instead of just leaving with loaner on original drop off.
He did an outstanding job. I was very pleased with his service.

I have $12 to $14 in my membership account and was not asked if I wanted to use it towards today's service. I was not told how much today's service earned me for my membership. Does the Fast Lane still have that program? Thanks.
Within the last 2 days I have received 6 emails of which 2 were valuable to me, 1-You will let me know when my car is ready and 2-it is ready. I received 2 or 3 phone calls wanting me to trade it. I received a text message today asking me to review my experience and another email leading me to this survey. Too much! Loved the service and staff especially Trish in the Collision Center.

I'm just glad you guys could get done what Sunset Ford cannot I'm almost at 100,000 miles and Robert has been trying to get everything fixed on my car that's under warranty as possible that way I don't have to deal with driving at 300 miles back to you guys to get something done since I can't trust any dealer out in St Louis thank you very much
I'm totally satisfied with the actual service itself but it took 4hours 15minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and fuel system cleaner. A gentleman sat next to me 2hrs after I got there for a oil change and tire rotation and then left 45 minutes before me. Both of us were walkin clients, that can't and should happen! It took 20 minutes after my keys were dropped off by the technician to the front representatives got to me to tell me my car was finally done and pay. Again, this can't happen!
