After receiving the call that my truck was done, I received another from a sales person who had gone and checked out my truck(without permission) and wanted to buy it back. I find this out of line. I know the value of my truck and if I was considering something then I would call on my own. The service itself was perfect and completed faster than I assumed it would be.

Respect that we are night shift workers and wait and call in afternoon. We was woke up by text message and phone calls. The service was wonderful and Travis did a great job. I appreciate his concerns on my aliment. It was more than your service department did. I had them replace 2 wheel bearing on the front. I called and asked if they did a aliment after repair and they said they didn't have to.

When Ford wouldn't allow them to repair my tire, he put my spare on for me. I can't afford a new tire right now.

Very timely in service and check in/out. Apparently you've stopped the program that loans cars and you no longer wash a vehicle for customers? That was disappointing and will be considered with my next purchase.

Called on Tuesday made appt. For Saturday first appt. Brought truck in on Friday night so you would have it was not started till 9 picked up at 10:15 yhought it would be ready by 9.. dropped off second vehicle. .. service was good. Staff were polite

Overall satisfaction was 9/10. A point was missed due to the tire valve cap not being replaced to green from black, when reinflated with Nitrogen.

Kyle has always been genuine and honest with us, never trying to get us to authorize additional work if we really didn't need it, for that we always valued his opinions and always dealt with him when we did have to go in for service on our vehicles. You are losing an extremely honest and trustworthy employee, it's a shame Gary Crossley couldn't see that. We will follow him in some of our dealing concerning our vehicles.
