Travis was very professional and assisted me with respect. He went out of his way to contact me when my truck was done and then went outside to activate the car wash for me when I declined to have someone else wash it for me
I needed a brake lamp replaced. Casandra was very friendly and assured me it would be taken care of asap. I was pleasantly surprised to be headed home in less than 20 minutes.

They were efficient and had the truck done early.
Had my car two days, one because of employee was sick and second didn't get done . Poor communication on second day. Said it would be done by 3 or 4. Arrivd at 4:30 not done. Usually satisfied but not this time
Took car in for 60,000 Maintenance expecting spark plugs
To be changed, they deferred this till next service. Will have to
Plan another day for this to be completed. Not happy about this

I CAME IN FOR 75,000 MI CHECK AND NEW SPARK PLUGS, I HAVE SPINAL PROBLEMS SO WHEN THE CAR WAS READY I ASK IF SOMEONE COULD PULL IT UP CLOSER AS I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN AND VALORIE WENT AND BROUGHT IT UP CLOSER FOR ME AS GUYS WERE ALL BUSY. I wasted $125 on a problem that isn't fixed with a known transmission issue due to poor design and function. Also, I placed 4 phone calls over 4 days before getting a call back and all in all I feel like your service department lied to me just to ring the register. I'll never be back for service or to purchase a vehicle. Horrible experience twice in a row.
My app was s couple of weeks ago and now you ask me today about my experience. I will never use your services again. On the day I did have an appointment, my vehicle was not ready at the agreed upon time. And worse, my car sat at the Quick Lane for several hours after the seatbelts were fixed. The incompetence of your staff was stupendous. The courtesy to even say "I'm sorry" by the service advisor the day I was there 2 weeks ago was totally non-existent.
I think it's wrong to charge somebody to balance the tires when you've already pulled them off to rotate them it used to be part of the works package to have a balance 2 years ago
