For only an oil change and to balance the tires it took way to long. When looking into the garage you could see a lot of standing around and horse play. I have been getting my service done there for the last 6 1/2 years and it was always done in a timely manner except for this time and it will probably be the last time I will have my service done there.

Joe did a fantastic job!!! I had to bring it in unexpectedly for service and I was worried that I couldn’t make it to work, Joe reassured me that they would take care of the care and get me a loaner! No questions asked!! Will come back to Crossley in the future even though another dealership is closer!!

I was shocked to find out that the rewards were no longer available for oil changes. This makes no sense for those of us who owns new vehicles, this makes no sense. I deeply regret ever buying a ford vechice. This was my 3rd Ford and my last. This company is is dishonest. Please stop calling me about late payments.
