After being left to "jumpstart" a brand new vehicle THREE TIMES, I feel like I bought a "lemon". To think that this vehicle is not going to do this again is preposterous. Being told that my next course of action is to have it towed in with a dead battery upsets me even more. I cringe at the idea of my brand new vehicle being hooked up to a tow truck!!! I have deep regrets of purchasing this vehicle, probably going to look back as one of my worst life choices. I am a loyal Ford customer, and have bought 3 new vehicles since 2013. This is not a quality vehicle that I am used to purchasing.

Took vehicle in for passenger airbag not engaging when my wife sits in seat. Charged $49 for Dave to tell me they couldn't find anything. I reinforced that she only ways 115 lbs and make sure to test with someone who is similar weight. He assured me they did and the second we got back into the car the light showed airbag was "off". I came back in to the office to show him the problem but he refused to get off of his chair to see the problem and said he didn't have a tech available. I wanted someone to see it while it was happening since they were unable to find it while they were working on it. He told me that when the techs sit in it the airbag works fine. I informed him that I don't drive around with the techs I drive with my wife. This is a huge safety issue and it seems that nobody seems to care. He told me to leave it again but what's the point in that since they couldn't find it the first time? Also had an oil change and tire rotation at the same time. On the way home the vehicle began shaking violently so I had to leave it with another service station near my house to fix whatever was done wrong. So to sum it up I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and see no reason to return either for service or to purchase another vehicle. I will also be contacting Ford for recommendations on my malfunctioning airbag. If Dave would have motivated himself to get out of his chair and walk 20 feet to my car in the interest of my wife's safety then I would have a different opinion on this situation.
