Issues addressed still there. It was a waste of time for me and your company. Everyone was very nice, and I believe they felt everything was resolved. This truck just rattles and vibrates inside a great deal.
Everything went fine except for checking my tire which was losing pressure.
They went the extra mile and found my rattle vibration.

Having been in your type of work I found when billing customers a charge for supplies (Misc. Charges) is hard for some to take when billed for parts and labor with marked up parts. The poor cashier has to explain the billing and can put her in a hard spot. Not being a dealership but an auto repair shop to give a $3500.00 bill for a transmission and install then add $3.50 for supplies looked pretty petty. If we could well absorb this cost I'm sure you can. We had customers who didn't return because of it. You ask so I'm sharing experience. It won't stop me from coming back if necessary but it will some. You did recall work and headlight alignment for me so I'm way ahead. Was treated fine. Kristina got my car out so I didn't have to ride home with her to let me off at a friend's house. Hurray for her. All is well. Thanks
100% better than the last time I was in.... which it has been awhile because service absolutely sucked the last time I was there but I thought I give it another shot .... keep up the good work and I will be back

There is a reason why I only go to quick lane. Everything is painless and simple.
The issues with my car were fixed to my complete satisfaction. The problem was the lack of communication from anybody in your service department. I brought my car in at 7:00 a.m. on a Friday and didn't here from anyone until 3:00 on Saturday. I was then informed that a part was ordered and my car should be ready on Monday afternoon. I finally heard from Dave at about 2:00 on Monday when he informed me it was going to be Tuesday before my car was available. I had a wheel bearing issue and a display module issue and two recalls that were repaired. I assume the part that was ordered was for the display module. I could have booked another appointment to have that issue repaired instead of waiting 5 days to get my car back.
Outstanding service and very Polite
The check in and check out desk person was very friendly and very helpful. I watched the service techs stand around and look like they were discussing their world problems while I waited for my car. It took the tech five minutes from the time he had the sticker for my window in his hand to make it over to put it on my car window. I could have gotten out of the dealership 15 to 20 minutes sooner had they just finished my car. If your service techs are going to spend that much time talking to each other they need to do it outside the view of your customers.

Even though I was warned it could take 30 minutes or more to get me in & 30-45 minutes to replace the bulb, I decided to go ahead & come by anyway. I was glad I did. I was in & out in about 30 minutes from when I walked in. I've always steered away from dealerships for service because of the cost but I was shocked to see how reasonable it was. I've been very happy with the quick service & professional yet very friendly staff every time I've come in to get work done. I will be back!
