Joe took great care of me and my overall experience was fantastic! I just bought my vehicle and haven't had a great experience with the other dealership so this was my first time trying this one. I was very pleased with the service and it has actually brought joy to owning my new Ford. I can't say thank you enough!!

Overall it was great as usual. Always friendly and polite. Though it was not the daily of the guys and gals at the counter it was very disturbing to drive off and the service department didn't do a thorough check of the vehicle. Leaving the lug nuts loose on a tire is very concerning to me.

Didn't rotate the tires or tell me they added powerstering fluid. Both boxes are checked on powerstering fluid. Ok and filled.
