Adviser should communicate more on what the car might need in maintenance. He should he aware more about the promotions the dealer has to offer. Asked about the discount on the oil change and he had no idea it existed.

The Honda service tech was professional and knowledgeable. However, he was not very friendly when I dropped off my car for service. He was nice when I picked up my car. I thought maybe he’s not a morning person. Besides that, my experience was wonderful between the text updates, ride home, and payment.
