Excellent customer service. Kevin Lam helped me once I arrived and made sure everything was taken care of. I used to go to the one in Costa Mesa but since I went to your location is really close to where we live. Customer service is perfect. I can't find any other place like yours.

After getting my oil change and tire rotation my tire pressure indicator went off literally Within 3 mins of leaving the service department. I recalibrated TWICE but my low tire pressure indicator went ON again. Not satisfied because I thought this was something that would be taken care of when I paid for a tire rotation service

I am very disappointed with the service at Honda World. The advisor never called me to update the status of my car. She lied to me by telling me rental car is free and and told me that they will replace light bulb for free. But they charged me for everything that they said it is free. About the Technician who did the diagnostic test drive on my car was not very acknowledged. He told me that my car was normal and got mad with me. To summarize, this was the worst service i’ve ever had.
