Was told if I made an appointment it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. 2 hours of waiting they told me the rim had to be ordered which was incorrect. After 3 hours my car was finally ready.

Oscar did everything to satisfy my needs after my truck was wrecked during my oil change. I had to go to the service center 4 times this week due to my truck damage, on each visit when I walked in to the temporary trailer at the service center was I greeted by any one that works there. I felt as if they were aggravated by my being there. This happened each of my 4 visits. What ever happened to greating the customer with hello, how can I help you??? I've bought my last 3 vehicles from Don Bohn including the f150 and my Buick lacrosse that I currently drive. I don't know if I'll continue to do business here. With an extended warranty in place we had a 100 deductible. That was not a problem. However, once I looked at the bill and saw an additional fee for "shop fee" that is a problem! No one could explain that fee. Still waiting for a logical explanation.

My service advisor was courteous, professional and did a great job. The Don Bohn Service department was a huge disappointment. Three days to replace a water pump is unacceptable. Then having to bring it back the same day I picked it up because of noise coming from air in the radiator after replacing a hose was just sad. Not to mention the fact I had to rent a car for the week to get around town.

I was pleased with Oscar Padilla but not with Ford. This is the second time the throttle box had to be replaced. The first time my car was only 5 months old and now the second time 1 1/2 years later. My car is less than 2 years old. Very frustrating and Ford gives me no explanation. The first time, they said it was a recall and I received no notification regarding a recall. Now the second time, they wrote on my receipt, recall. If there was an actual recall, I received no notification. I would like an explanation why the throttle box has gone out twice and had to be replaced.

My experience @ Ford was both stressful, and disappointing. Please understand that I purchased this car brand new from this same dealership. When I brought my car in for service, I requested to be called with an estimate. I was called the next day and was given an estimate of, 476 dollars. The next day this estimate was revised to be a total of 768.28. This estimate was stated to include all parts, service and tax. This is the estimate, that I approved. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call that my car was ready and the total was 932 Dollars. The final total was 164 dollars more than I approved. I need my car so I felt compelled to pay the 932 dollars. I complained to the service rep. his name is Scott Guernsey, about the discrepancy. He was completely unhelpful.He insisted that all the work needed to be done. His arrogance was amazing. I feel that the ford service dept. has done me a disservice and have over charged me 164 dollars. As stated previously, I only authorized 768.28 dollars but the final bill was 932 dollars. I would very much like to be reimbursed for the different 164 dollars. Please reply to me act I look forward to receiving a reply within the next few days.Regards, The Kellands.

Holli was great. We are disappointed with the scheduling process. A person in Houston should not be giving false information. We were told we could wait for our vehicle work to be done. However, when we arrived we were told by the service advisor that we should not have been told that. Holli worked with us and we were able to get our vehicle serviced the same day while we waited.
