This is my second interaction with Troy, he is very knowledgeable and has a caring demeanor. He's considerate, even reminding me to get my bowling ball from the trunk when I dropped it off for service, as he remembered me from my last service call. The fix was done faster than expected. And cheeper than expected. Great job.
Had to wait 30 minutes+ to get my vehicle after I paid because it was blocked in by other vehicles and they couldn't find the keys to move other car.

Service department needs a bigger area and set up. There is not enough room in the office for people to both talk with a Rep and stand in line. There also needs to be a better way of receiving customers. Multiple people will stand in line with no acknowledgement from the service dept probably because they are working but this causes a back up of people and make people feel like they should go somewhere else.
Oil change and tire roatation was done timely and car was returned washed. I was surprised by the diagnosis that the issues that appeared in my dashboard lights after a radio software uodate were caused by a weak battery. I ended up deciding to replace the battery elsewhere, but that did fix the problem.

Coming from Carl Burger in La Mesa (which we were not happy with), I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courtesy I was greeted with. Troy explained to me what to expect, got a cal the next day to discuss how to proceed, and the car was ready (and washed) the next day. After my experience with the previous mentioned dealership, I did not know what to expect. I will definitely be back

We were promised the car completion on Saturday. Saturday came and went advisor requested more time needed. He reassured me it would be finished Monday after a quality control run and wash. The car was picked up at 4:00 still not ready. He waited another 45 minutes then needing to take it to a tire replacement after they discovered a back tire loosing air on Monday afternoon 2:30. They did not have any tires to replace. Discount Tires was able to replace the back tires. Not a great experience.
The service was fine but in the service dept there
Wasn't enough people to take care of the phones.
I called 2 different times and waited both times for
15 min. And both times I ended up hanging up.
That is not good service.
Service representative was great and informative, but unable to resolve the problem. He informed me that they are awaiting a response from engineering to resolve this issue.
I came in to get the plastic in my trunk looked at that appeared to be warped. It took over a full day to get my car back and it didn’t appear to be any different when I picked it up. Also, now my keyless entry appears to not be working. I now have to bring the car back in again. Not happy.
