Great waiting room! Nice service writer! You might want to train people using the PA system to disconnect and not drop the handset. Annoying loud crash.

I asked about replacing a shredded wiper blade and was Charged 80.00 for a complete new wiper set. Didn’t realize until I got Home and reviewed my work order. It was an unplanned visit due to a dead battery And I had my dog with me. I was a bit scatter brained. All I needed was an insert for the wiper blade....

Oil change was non-eventful. I was encouraged to get new tires rather than spend money rebalancing the existing tires - due to their low remaining miles, (10K or so) - makes sense. Nice to have someone not just looking for more service items to bill.

They habitually forget to reset the computer after service. It seems that I always have to remember to check the required service notification before I leave the dealer after service, I forgot to do that again this last time and got a block away, checked it and again I had to return to the dealer, stand waiting in an incredibly long line before getting it fixed.
