Dave Greathouse is the "face" of Rancho Chrysler Jeep Dodge when you pull in for service. He's a terrific service advisor. I have complete confidence in his servicing of my vehicle. Thank you for the "above and beyond" service in troubleshooting my 2015 Chrysler 300. The glove box is working very well. I am so grateful for the service since it wasn't an easy replacement of a single part. David even arranged for transportation. I am a loyal customer of Rancho. I have owned and leased other vehicles including Mercedes Benz and Honda. David makes sure everything runs smoothly. Of all the service I have received, this is the very best.

I was satisfied with Allen 100% however I’m irrited with the fact that I had a open recall on a cat converter and and I had told them a week before I had this work done that I was having an issue with the cat converter since I couldn’t register or smog it. and they didn’t tell me until yesterday that I had the recalls. I had to go out in town and have it replaced with a California compliant converter which cost me quite a bit of money and pay to have it put on and now I’m stuck with having to eat that cost. Recall is supposed to be done and now that your dealership is passing the blame onto me that it was my fault that they don’t want to make it in this situation right has caused me to not do business after all this. I left the Jeep dealer located in Mission Valley because of the way they treated me but I would rather drive out of my way to another jeep dealer to get the work done then to have to eat the cost of the repair like that. The first thing they should’ve done was run my vehicle information to see if there was any open recalls when I mention that I was having a problem with the Catalytic converter.
I was in and out in a very short time.
