I was towed to your shop with bad fuel pump late Wed night, only enough time to get checked in. Thursday morning Marty called to tell me fuel pump was on order but not in till friday. Also told me about sidewall dryrot. Put 6 new tires on order. Later that day I stopped by to ask for an addition to work request. 4 bolts on drive shaft were rounded by towtruck driver. Asked for new bolts. Marty went to get Benny so I could explain it. When I told Benny I was concerned about proper torque on damaged bolts he agreed and put them on order. Very friendly crew. Listen to my concerns and responsive to my wishes. On a 0 to 10 scale I rate this service at 12. Give them both a pat on the back.
