Mr. Witmer is a Very courteous and knowledgeable young man; he made sure I understood what additional services are being recommended pursuant to the Multi-Point Inspection performed and took time to explain why each procedure was necessary. I am never disappointed wirh the excellent service given by Fisher Employees.
Levi smiled, which put me at complete ease, took time to listened and explained things-providing me with follow up contact information so that I can do the services I could not do today, in the very near future.

I had a 10 am appointment & arrived 25 minutes early but they told me it was no problem, and they took care of my car right away. I was so happy cause I didn’t have to wait very long. All the employees were very professional & very courteous. We bought our 2004 Monte Carlo there and have always taken our car there to be serviced cause we’ve always been satisfied with their service s.
We were just starting our vacation to California and Heinz and his team ensured we were back on the road the same day even though we came in late in the day!

He was on top of the matter from word go. He ended up talking to me and my brother on my phone as he was talking to Garage Works and his parts Dept. All 4 at the same time and he kept not only his cool but his professionalism. When I realized I was running out of time getting everything done for the vehicle I called him and asked him to have My vehicle serviced, tires rotated and washed PLEASE. Haha
Then when my AC didn’t work first thing he took it back to have it checked. Perfect customer service. Please award him your highest rating!

My 2017 Yukon battery had to be jumped twice
In 3 hrs
Left us struck in Yuma at a gas station
Got the truck to dealership.
Everyone was polite
But I was in happy with the fact that I had to pay for a battery
Since it’s a 2017 with 19000 miles I have leased cars for over 25 yr
I never had to pay for a battery!
We all knew it was the battery , they replace it in 25 min and the car has run fine since. I was told that the battery had to be tested for up to
If it’s gmc policy then I guess I won’t be leasing gmc s any more on principle alone
