Took 16 phone calls and three days to discover a problem with my 2018 Yukon. There was a recall flyer out on the problem. He tried to send it home to me on diagnosed. We got voicemails put on hold and left messages all the way up to the general manager with no response. I was reassured before I bought the vehicle by the general manager we would get better service in the future. Have bought many many vehicles over the years because of our farming business. Heinz finally had to step in and correct the problem and I appreciate his assistance. However we also asked vehicle be taken over to the body shop after it was fixed and it was totally ignored. I expect to have better service and feedback in the future.

True professionals at Yuma Fisher Chevy! They ensure it’s an easy process from the time you get there until the time you leave. Everyone is very friendly. They keep you well informed every step of what’s going on with your veichle. Hector was more than helpful in my short time getting an oil change on my truck

Hector was very professional and had a great attitude. I was worried about repair cost and figuring out how I would get to work. After talking with Hector he put me at ease. Told me 2 days and my truck was ready in 2 days. He explained my warranty to me that I didn't understand and the repairs done. He is an asset to your company. Treated like VIP by Fisher Chevy.
