Had to wait approximately 20 minutes before I was approached and waited approximately 1 hour 30 minutes for an oil change.
The service representative was great! Best one I have ever had. He’s kind, confident, respectful, and truly means what he says. I will be coming back because of him.

I was lied and feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I will never trust Fisher Chevrolet again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! My truck was perfectly fine before taking it there and being talked into changing the transmission fluid. Turns out all they did was **** the old fluid out and dump new fluid in; and the first time they did it they didn’t even put enough fluid in. I had to go back to get that corrected. A week later my truck is leaking oil and come find out, they should have changed transmission filter and pan gasket of which they did not and now I have to pay even more money. I’m a single mom and can’t afford to spend my money on something that should have been taken care of the first time. I was ripped off!!
Hector and team worked so hard to make sure we were taken care of and completely satisfied. You guys rock :)

The oil change job was good what I didn’t appreciate is the the person who drove the vehicle mess with the AC and left it on auto. Also someone went through my daughter’s backpack.

Hector was AMAZING! He went above and beyond. He remembered my name and knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. He did what he could to make me comfortable and updated on my truck. I will be asking for him every time I take my vehicle in. He is the poster child for customer service!
Appt was at 930 for alignment and ac inspection. Got my vehicle back at 5:00pm
